Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Currently, Jetty Home ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
